Please complete the following form to initiate a return and refund for your purchase. We can only return and refund purchases with a receipt on file through a customer account. This includes purchasing online through your consultant’s website, party link, or if a Consultant placed the order for you as a customer account and we have a receipt on file. If you purchased directly from a Consultant please contact your consultant directly.

You will receive a confirmation email with your return details in 2-3 business days to begin the refund process.

Jordan Essentials offers a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee to customers on all of its products returned to Jordan Essentials within 45 days from the date of purchase.

Simply send the product you wish to be returned (insurance is encouraged as we cannot guarantee any orders lost in transit) USPS, Fed Ex or UPS using the instructions sent via your return email from customer care.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (as well as any Taxes, if any, associated with the shipping fees) on any product purchase, Starter Kit, or sales tools.

Once a return is received, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Missing an item? Not the product you ordered? Did you receive a damaged product? Call 877-662-8669 within 7 days of receipt or submit an email to customercare@jordanessentials.com with your order number to have your product replaced.

Consultants contact Customer Support or submit a support ticket to request a return.

Consultants may only request a refund for damaged or missing items using the back office service ticket system provided in their business center.
